AGREEMENT (aka, "the fine print"): By uploading my
design to RUHIS enterprises, I affirm and agree that I either OWN or HAVE
PERMISSION to use this design in my personal or professional embroidery efforts.
I further hold RUHIS enterprises harmless from any legal actions that may come
against me if I use the design improperly. I also understand that this
design will be limited to less than 10,000 stitches and 6 colors. If my
design should exceed those parameters, a 10 percent fee will be assessed before
my money is returned, or I will have the opportunity to upload a second design.
This service is for a for a design NO LARGER than 4-inches by
4-inches, 10,000 stitches or less, and 6 colors or fewer. The cost is
$20.00.
Once you have completed the PayPal transaction, you will be
returned to this page to complete your order. Click the e-mail address
customlogo@ruhis.com and attach your file. Please be sure to put your
PayPal order number in the subject line in order to expedite the order process.
Your design should be completed and returned via e-mail within
1-2 weeks (5 - 10 business days). |
